Heritage Rooms
| - Vavasour Room- originally the Smoking Room for the gentlemen and named after the family that lived at Ugbrooke for three generations. This room overlooks the eastern lawn across the vineyards to the Cook Strait and has an aura of calmness and tranquility. A special feature is the romantic draped Half Tester King bed and huge fireplace surround. |

| - Clifford Room- a large elegant bedroom with modern Super King bed and french doors. The room opens on to the verandah that overlooks the lawn to the vineyards and Cook Strait. Again, a beautifully carved fireplace is a feature along with the original ceiling light shades. |

| Chevalier Room - The name derives from the award winning barley that Henry Vavasour developed at Ugbrooke and which gained recognition in Europe in 1908. This richly furnished, romantic room has a warm french theme and features a Queen Half Tester bed with tapestry drapes. It is inward facing to the central courtyard. |
