All Ugbrooke Estate room rates listed below include bed and continental breakfast (based on twin share or double) and are subject to change. Dinner is available at Ugbrooke. We can offer you a 2 or 3 course table d''hote ( host''s table) menu featuring local and seasonal produce. Often in summer we invite you to join your hosts and enjoy a casual barbeque or roast on the verandah. However if you have a specific request regarding dinner please let us know when you make your booking. Guests arriving after 7 pm will not normally be able to be offered dinner unless prior arrangements made. To guarantee your booking we require credit card details but we will only debit the card in accordance with the terms of our cancellation policy RATES All rates are quoted in NZD and and are inclusive of the NZ Goods and Services tax of 15%. Bed and Continental Breakfast Rate 1 October 2011 - 30 April 2012 Heritage Room - $260 per night Classic Room - $220 per night (Devon Room $200 per night) Bed and Continental Breakfast Rate 1 May 2012 - 30 September 2012 Heritage Room - $220 per night Classic Room - $180 per night ( Devon Room $160 per night)
