Bookings & Cancellation PolicyBookings: In order to confirm a reservation we need a deposit of $25% of the total stay or a current credit card number with an expiry date as a guarantee. Cancellation Policy: In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, 25% of the total cost of the stay will be charged if the booking is cancelled 21 days prior to arrival. Should a cancellation be received within 7 days of the expected date of arrival then 100% of the hotel cost will be charged for every room night cancelled. Child Policy: Children under twelve years of age are accepted by special arrangement only but not during High Season ( November to April inclusive) Pets: We are ''animal friendly'' but as we already have two dogs and two cats plus livestock, pets unfortunately cannot be accommodated at Ugbrooke. Extra Person In Room: Our room rates are based on double occupancy. Should there be a requirement for a 3rd person in the room, a fold out bed or sofa bed can be arranged in rooms that have this capacity but a surcharge does apply. Extra Person In Room Charge Check In/Check Out Christmas and New Year Damage In the unfortunate circumstance of damage to the property or any chattels or in the case of a surplus cleaning charge, then replacement cost of such will be charged to the guest''s credit card. Ugbrooke is a strictly non-smoking property . Smoking is only permitted on the verandah or outside the main house. Upon making a booking at Ugbrooke your agreement to these conditions is implied. |
