The Vavasour, Clifford and Awatere rooms have views into the garden. The Clifford Room has French doors opening directly on to the verandah.

The Awatere's huge bathroom overlooks the garden. 

The Chevalier and Redwood rooms are centrally located looking into the Inner Courtyard

NO CHILD UNDER 15 POLICY.

Children:  Unless a family is occupying whole house children under 15 are not generally accommodated in High Season and by negotiation in Low Season.  However the following applies where children are accommodated:

Children under 3 sharing a room with parents/carers -  no charge

Children 3 - 5 years sharing a room -  accommodation no charge -  but  $16 per day per child for meal component ( max of two children in room)

Children 6 - 10 years sharing a room - $32 per day per child, meals half price

10 years to 15 years  - must have individual room at seasonal rate - meals half price.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that from 1st March 2024 due to increasing merchant fee costs we charge 3% extra if paying by credit card on departure.

Cancellations and No Shows within 20 days (480 hours) before the booked date (date of arrival) incur a penalty of one night's accommodation for every room booked... Dates however may be changed depending on availability of those dates.

No penalty is incurred if cancellation is made at least 20 days outside of the booked date (date of arrival.) 

On making your booking you are agreeing to the above cancellation policy.
